This fountain sits in the plaza between the National Gallery of Art‘s East and West buildings. I was just sitting here recording the fountain when this happened. I voted in the Potomac Primaries (also known as the Chesapeake Primaries) which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. For the first time that I know of, these primaries actually matter in the nomination of presidential candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties. when i was a kid, I think i had a touch of OCD. when we would drive and pass these kids of light poles, I’d always have to click my teeth. Long road trips got tiring. glad I outgrew this, but I still keep a clean house.
