Scene Stealer
This fountain sits in the plaza between the National Gallery of Art‘s East and West buildings. I was just sitting here recording the fountain when this happened. I’d normally be annoyed but she’s the only thing that makes this video interesting.
It’s Lumiere-inspired but obviously not a Lumiere.
actually the entire video is great! there is a start, an action, an ending… sometime the start and the end are the same… to appreaciate the unexpected, one has first to concentrate on the expected, the usual… then serendipity happens. that is the fine thing about recording life… “life is what happens while one is busy making other plans” as john lennon said(?)
your recent videos seem to have that fine poetic quality. it is ceratinly not boring, and much better than ” action” or “meaning” one gets from tv or vlogposts.( i watch your recent videos whith quiet awe. this is my notion of awesome
