This fountain sits in the plaza between the National Gallery of Art‘s East and West buildings. I was just sitting here recording the fountain when this happened. I voted in the Potomac Primaries (also known as the Chesapeake Primaries) which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. For the first time that I know of, these primaries actually matter in the nomination of presidential candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties.
