I stopped to grab something to eat while I was downtown and saw this group of people standing there at the intersection. I didn’t know what they were doing but it looked interesting. I’m glad I captured a few snowflakes as well. MP4 Version (Don’t play the Flash version if you don’t have to. It

I went for lunch and stumbled upon one of the many anti-war protests in Washington, DC yesterday. About 3 minutes in there was an altercation that I didn’t fully capture as I was trying to figure out what was going on and if I needed to move. MP4 Version The video is just under 7

Last Thursday, I was supposed to be on a flight to Houston for work. When I got to the airport I saw an email on my Blackberry that said “Don’t go. Please confirm receipt.” The dilemma then was that I couldn’t go home due to traffic and HOV restrictions so I had to find something

I shot this while sitting in a sandwich shop for lunch. There’s a lot of action and at the same time a lot of nothing going on. MP4 Version “Muhr – A lonely gust of wind” © Vincent Fug¨re was used by permission. Check him out at www.muhrmusic.com. This video licensed under a Creative Commons

This fountain sits in the plaza between the National Gallery of Art‘s East and West buildings. I was just sitting here recording the fountain when this happened. I’d normally be annoyed but she’s the only thing that makes this video interesting. MP4 Version It’s Lumiere-inspired but obviously not a Lumiere. Share:

I voted in the Potomac Primaries (also known as the Chesapeake Primaries) which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. For the first time that I know of, these primaries actually matter in the nomination of presidential candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties. Hey nicely done. I’m glad you used a tripod or support. Too many Lumiere are ruined due to shaky hands. Are you in a vehicle when you took the video?
Nicely done, thanks for sharing.

Mike, I did this from my office which is across the alley from this building. I didn’t have my tripod and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get this because my hands tend to be shaky. I propped the camera up on a paper clip box and a random piece of computer equipment.
Thanks for watching.
